How to Participate:
Purchase at least 2000 gP worth of items from the FlyFF Item Shop (check out http://flyff.gpotato.com/community/ > Store > Cash Shop). Every 2000 gP you spend is another entry in that day's raffle! Limit one prize package per account per day.

Simply filling-up gPotatoes on your account will not enter you in the daily raffle event. You must purchase at least 2000 gP worth of items in a single day to be eligible.
